Over here, when officials of our government cannot do a good job, they have the good sense to resign rather than take all the blame for even the mistakes of people under them, for taking blame here can be severe and tragic especially when the officials get involved in even just one scandal that is not even as grave and serious as the scandals involving the Arroyo couple.
