Thank you to all who visited the blog site, especially to those who visited out of their volition and voiced out legitimate issues that may be important to them, its important that we are able to discuss issues in a meaningful manner and expose those who are lying including those who are being paid to defend the liars and plunderers of the Nation that is driving many Filipinos to inhumane conditions of poverty, ika nga sa Tagalog eh… kuro kuro upang mabunyag ang katotohanan kung sino ang mga nagnanakaw sa kaban ng bayan na nagtutulak sa marami nating kababayan sa hindi na makataong pamumuhay dala ng kadukhaan, kasama na rito yung mga bayaran na ang trabaho ay ipagtanggol ang pagnanakaw ng kanilang mga amo.
Its funny to see familiar accusations and fabrications very similar to the komiks and materials being spread by paid mercenaries invade my blog site, heck even the style and composition are the same. Funny because they always claim to speak for the Filipinos, the Fil-Ams, the OFWs, the Youth, etc., yet in fact they are only speaking for their corrupt masters.
Nakakatawa na nakita ko agad ang mga pamilyar na akusasyon at mga kapalaluan kagaya ng mga nasa mga komiks at mga materyales na ipinamimigay ng mga ahente ng gobyerno sa mga nakaraan kong mga pulong sa iba ibang lugar sa Pilipinas, pati ang pagkakasulat at tema ay akmang akma, nakakatawa na ang istilo nila ay para bang sila ay nagsasalita para sa lupon ng mga Pilipino, mga Fil-ams, mga OFW, mga kabataan at kung sino sino pa, pero batid naman ng nakakarami na sila ay nagsasalita lamang para sa kanilang tiwaling amo. Nakakatawa sila na akala mo ay nagsasalita para sa marami kahit kukunti lang sila sa kanilang opisina na gumagawa nito.
Yung iba naman ay mapapansin mong totoong tao ay hindi nagtatago sa likod ng isang alyas, in fact diyan mo makikita ang mga lehitimong tao sa kanilang pagpapakilala ng kanilang pangalan at address, kung gusto ninyo gawin nating panuntunan sa ating blog na ilahad ang ating mga totoong pangalan at address pabor man o hindi sa akin. Suggestion lamang ito upang magkaalaman na tayo.
Anyway, enough of the funny stuff and lets go to some issues that we can put to discussion.

Bring it to court! Walang ebidensiya at dalhin sa korte
Ang unang tanong, sino ba dapat ang nagsasampa ng kaso kapag may isang krimen? Di ba dapat ay yung biktima? At sa pagkakataong ito ng NBN-ZTE deal, sino ba ang biktima? Di ba ang taong bayan? At sino ang dapat magtanggol sa interes ng taong bayan? Di ba dapat ang gobyerno? Ang DOJ o Ombudsman? Ako ay isang testigo lamang at handang humarap sa korte kapag may patas na pagdinig sa kaso kasama ang aking mga ebidensiya.
Ngayon, anong ginawa ng DOJ at Ombudsman? Nagsampa na ba siya ng kaso laban sa mga nasangkot na personalidad, katulad kina Arroyo, Abalos, FG, Ruben Reyes, Leo San Miguel at iba pa? HINDI, DI BA? Bakit hindi niya sampahan? Dahil ba hindi ang interes ng taong bayan ang kanyang pinoprotektahan kungdi ang interes ng mga taong nasa kapangyarihan na nagluklok sa kanilang mga puwesto? Kung ayaw nila eh sino ang magtatanggol sa interes ng taong bayan?

Ito ang aking kasagutan dun sa mga naghahanap ng ebidensiya sa akin, magsampa kayo ng kaso kasama ng DOJ at Ombudsman at ako ay handang tumestigo para sa bayan at para sa mga taong bayan..
Kung totoo kayong nagmamalasakit sa bayan, hinahamon ko kayong magsampa ng kaso laban kina Arroyo, FG, Abalos at iba pa at ako ay handang tumestigo para sa inyo.
Who will fight for the Filipino people if the very people who are supposed to represent their interest are no longer serving them but the interest of the ruling class alone?

Ako ay naaawa sa yo. Para bang putak ka ng putak hanggang ngayon e wala naman nangyayari na. Nung una siguro dahil alam mo naman mga kababayan mo dyan puro “usi”. Ngayon nakita at nahalata na nilang kayang-kaya kayong paikutin ng isang “presidente” na umamin na tinawagan si GArci at nandaya ay nangawala na silang lahat. Ikaw din naman kasi i am sure kung hindi ka nadawit dito e tuloy ang maliligayang araw mo as a govt official di ba? 13 yrs ako dyan sa isang office na under ng Office of the President and talagang talamak to the max ang kurakutan. mula security guard na hindi naman ” govt employee” hanggang sa pinaka boss(pinaka grabe din). Ang magagawa mo na lang siguro tutal sira ka na rin lang sa administrasyon ngayon e tuloy mo pag ngawa mo. Sabihin mo na kung ano talaga nalalaman mo at hindi pa utay-utay. Para bang may inaantay ka na magpatahimik sa iyo or wala ka naman talagang sasabihing makabuluhan sa kaso? Sasabihin mo na may kurakot na nagaganap sa NTN deal??? Saan ba wala?? Nagatataka rin ako sa inyo dyan sa pinas para bang ngayon lang kayo lahat pinanganak na nagulat kayong may nakawan at involve ang Malacanang??? Ay naku. Alam mo sana wag ka ting mag politiko pag tagal. Malakas ang kutob ka na tatakbo ka rin sa 2010! Sana naman wag ka tumakbo or kung tumakbo man wag ka magnakaw para maniwala tao sa yo. Mabuti na lang at kasama mo mga madre kung hindi wala na nangyari sa yo. Sana talaga sabihn mo na kung may sasabihin ka at kung wala naman tanggapin mo na na “happy days are over” na sa pangungurakot mo din. Good luck kung totoo pinag lalaban mo or napilitan ka lang.

But let’s give them the benefit of being a democracy. And as some other person might point out, shooting down the messenger, or silencing the messenger, won’t silence corruption or any of our fears to it. I really don’t get the logic behind the idea of silencing Jun Lozada when in the first place we are so appalled even just by the thought of corruption. We hate corruption but we don’t want to jail the crooks. Instead, we piously devote our energies to the thought of just letting Arroyo be. What’s up with that? That’s got to be the most retarded thing to do since dinosaurs roamed the Earth!

Many years ago the Canadian Supreme Court Chief Justice visited us here in the Philippines. She was interviewed on TV about the rule of law and how it should be followed. She opined that it is not well understood and that the concept of rule of law is often used by dictators and tyrants to legitimize themselves and their actions. The dictator president Marcos did this. Hitler used the rule of law against the Jews. Along with many others.
What is often actually done by tyrants and dictators is use the law to subvert the true will of the people and overcome what are truly just and fair. This is RULE BY LAW, and sad to say the justice system, especially the Department of Justice has joined the ride.
Getting true justice by BRINGING YOUR CASE TO COURT may not at all prove useful nor successful in a country whose history has shown periodic and even rampant usurpation of the justice system. Granted there are still a few in the justice system and in the legal profession that have not been corrupted. But the system itself and the prevailing culture has allowed such corruption to prosper fueled and powered by corrupt individuals in a corrupt political system.
It will take a massive and collective “awakening” to transform this corrupt system. One that is fueled by people’s disgust and clamor for genuine change. Your action Jun has contributed to this awakening - along with the sacrifices of many others before you.

YOU have made accusations, now PROVE it. This is basic. Don’t resort to squid tactics by mouthing platitudes or ***gasp*** crying. The ball is in your court, and don’t you ever say you lack media attention. Why is it taking you so much time to prove your charges?
And about your insinuations that the negative comments in this blog were made by government lackeys, this is classic denial syndrome. Mr. Lozada, I’m sorry to say, but there’s a sizeable portion of the Filipino people that don’t believe you. And we are huge, Mr. Lozada, and intelligent. This is long overdue. Thanks Jun, at least we have something to air our suppressed grievances. Its just a mater of time, I believe, when Filipinos will get their act together. I suggest we remain focused and proposed that:
1. Let us ask media to stop this non-sense issue between Meralco and GSIS. It is now taking a lot of attention from ZTE investigation (to the delight of the Malacanang occupants).
2. Keep the fire burning to encourage JVD to testify. I believe he wants a big impact on this important event. But this may not happen if our focus is on this Malacanang induced issues.
3.Ask the senators to organize their acts. For heaven’s sake, do not telegraph your succeeding moves. It gives opponent time to plan their counter punch.
4. Keep up the faith. We will overcome. We will emerge victorious for we are on the side of the truth. God will take care of you and the rest of the Filipinos who are seeking justice and truth.

The cheapest commercial rice now sells at P39.00 a kilo at hindi pa pinag-usapan dito ang ulam, pamasahe at iba pa. Dati nakakabili pa kami ng half sack commercial rice every payday, ngayon hindi na. We learned to eat twice a day na lang: 9 to 10AM is our breakfast and dinner at 4PM. We sleep early and a cup of coffee will do when we rise up in the morning.
WHAT have we done to suffer this way? Our children does not deserve this kind of country…this kind of government!

Hi Mr. Lozada! I just wondered why did you delete your ”message to the filipino youth” post. Is it because that almost all of comments it received are kinda negative? Get used to it man….stop crying!!!! Post all your evidence here in your blog, make your blog a hot topic in the blogosphere! Redeem yourself like what Brian Gorell did. Make it more famous than “dyesebel” if possible. put photos of you and the wack wack gang together to make it more jucier. Try not to delete all the negative comments j.lo, that’s unethical in the world of blogging even if the name of the person who commented on your post is hiding under the name of anonymous. The issues you fight for are not a Jun Lozada versus the Corrupt. This is a fight between the Good Filipinos and the Evil Filipinos. The Evil Filipinos have won most of the fights so far.

Personally, I don’t believe that going around the campuses and churches is helpful to the country. Do it in the courts Jun. You are setting a wrong precedent to our young people.
Para ka na ring isang communist or someone being used by the communists or anarchists. I think that you are corrupting the minds of the youth. What you are doing should amount to inciting to rebellion or sedition. They should be listening to teachings of good moral character, patriotism, faith, love and equality NOT the opposites of what you and your supporters are doing.

From what i’ve read so far, most of the criticisms against Mr. Lozada fall under the following logical fallacies:
1. Appeal to Motive - questioning a persons motive. This is a fallacy because it fails to address the issue that was raised, in this case the anomalies related to NBN-ZTE.
2. Tu Quoque (’you too’ or ‘balik sa iyo’) - focusing on the person’s past sins. This is also a fallacy because it also fails to address the issue that was raised, in this case the anomalies related to NBN-ZTE.
3. Ad hominem - attacking the person. Just like the first two, this is a fallacy because it also fails to address the issue that was raised, in this case the anomalies related to NBN-ZTE.
Criticisms that fall under the above categories can be dismissed. As to the valid (and reasonable) criticism of why Mr. Lozada does not take the matter to court, i think he has adequately responded in his blog entry above.

Forget about these so-called “detractors,” you have nothing to explain and no matter how hard you explain, it will still not register especially if they refuse or are in denial with the present realities of corruption and perverted culture brought about by mis-governance.
Bring it to court should be addressed to themselves and the government agencies, as you stated you are a witness therefore your responsibility and duty as a citizen is to reveal what you know and for the law enforcement agencies to gather hard evidence and other witnesses to determine if there is a case or not.

2. Balik sa iyo thing- bakit ZTE issue LANG ang gustong pag-usapan isubo sa taong bayan? yun lang ba ang pwedeng pag-usapan ng mga taong may malayang kaisipan. Eh lumabas itong issue ng graft ni Mr. Lozada sa pamimigay ng lupa sa relatives at friends niya, gusto ng pro-Lozada ay wag na makialam ang taong bayan sa issue ng pagnanakaw ni Lozada.

Hindi nga mabuhay ang mga pilipino sa sarili nilang bansa at kailangan pang pumunta sa malayo para mabuhay. Pero mayabang pa rin ang lintik sa totoo lang. Ayaw pang aminin na ang ikinabubuhay ng mga pilipino ay laway kundi pa magbakasakali sa ibang bayan, at utang, etc. Yumayaman lang ay iyong mga nakakakurakot sa kaban at nakakatikim ng parti sa ninakaw.
Alam mo iyan kaya dapat lang na mabulgar na ang lahat. Salamat naman at naubos na ang takot mo.

I was expecting Mr. Lozada to be more Zen than this.
Sa totoo lang madali namang malaman kung totoo o hindi lalo na kung may giya na galing sa Panginoon. Meron tayo ng tinatawag na gift of discernment sa totoo lang para malaman ang pagkakaiba ng tama at mali, tuwid at baluktot, mabuti at masama, virtue and vice, etc.
Ang dapat talagang binabatikos ng mga pilipino ay iyong mga kurakot sa gobyerno nila. Kaya halata mong bayaran ni Gloria Dorobo ang trying hard na nagba-blog dito na ikaw pa ang sinisisi kung bakit nabisto ang kurakot ng mga magnanakaw e hindi naman ikaw ang nangurakot. Siyempre naman gagawa at gagawa ng paraan ang mga dorobo na huwag mapatalsik kaya hahanap at hahanap ng butas sa iba o iliko ang isyu para hindi sila madiin. Wise? Hindi? Humahanap lang talaga ng lusot.
Sa bansa namin iyan, matagal na sigurong nagbigti si Gloria Dorobo kaya lang kasi sa Pilipinas, wala namang kultura ng nagpapakamatay. Tapos iyong pulisya, hukuman at military palpak pa. Hindi tuloy makahuli ng kriminal at kung sinu-sino na lang ang pinagbibintangan. Ang masama para huwag makatestigo sa katotohanan binabaril pa. Ikaw nga muntik-muntikan na. Pero malakas ang dasal ng mga kapatid, asawa at anak mo. Pinakinggan ng Panginoong Diyos ang dasal nila.
Kaya ingat ka, Mr. Lozada. Pero huwag kang matakot kasi kundi mo pa oras at may gusto pang ipagawa sa iyo ang Panginoon, walang makakapanakit sa iyo. Totoo iyan. Kahit barilin ka ng mga ungas, hindi ka mamamatay kung hindi mo pa panahon.

You said you are ready to fight for the people in court. Please prove this by initiating a complaint before the Ombudsman. Give the ombudman all the evidence that you have in your possession. Whether or not the ombudsman will do its duty is out of your hands. Should the ombudsman pursue an impartial investigation, you would be ready to testify both in the preliminary investigation and eventually during the trial at the Sandiganbayan. If you do as I suggest, you would already have done your duty as a good and patriotic citizen of this country and I’m sure that history will judge you favorably. If you don’t, doubts will remain as to your real intentions in “proclaiming the truth”.
