Message to the youth
31 May 2008
During the recent months that I have been in the public eye, I had the opportunity to have meaningful discussions with the Filipino youth of different socio-economic, ideological, religious and regional profiles. In all of these forums there appear to be a common thread of thoughts that cut across the youth of the land, and that is their abhorrence of the current socio-economic-political structure of the country in its different forms.
From the sociological form of modern day hunter-gatherer society where the able men and women of the community have to leave their young in order to find “food” for their sustenance in their own community, sacrificing the precious years of early childhood up to the adolescent years of their children without the loving care and guidance of one or both parents. These OFWs are victims of a society where the governing class look at the exploitation of these OFWs suffering away from their families and sometimes from their evil masters, as their main source of foreign exchange to pay off their loans which feed their greedy pockets.
To the economic structure of modern day feudal lords, a structure that has persisted over the long years of struggle of the common Filipino for economic equity, the struggle is simply not over land ownership but over the unequal access to capital that is most necessary in creating the much needed that propels an economy to prosperity. Look at the failed land reform program of this government, where most of the beneficiaries have sold back their land to a new landed class mainly composed of the corrupt politicians and their greedy financiers.
Lastly to the dysfunctional political system that brings about a government made up of politicians that treats a public office as a business enterprise for their family and their cronies, politicians who looks at a public as a franchise held by their family, bought from the public every election time and duly certified by a COMELEC that is also paid to award the franchise.
Questions I have heard
Most the questions I have heard are related to how and what the youth can do to in the middle of this difficult adult reality that they will coming into very soon in their young lives.
Questions such as…..
Hope and reality
People generally find hope in their reality, but our current situation is creating a very strong tension within the general society and amongst the institutions, groups, families and even individuals that makes up this society, a tension of holding on to both living in our reality and holding on to our hope.

Let’s encourage the Filipino youth to act now, take part and speak out! We must prove to the whole nation that our united voice can make a difference.

Congratulations on the blog launching.. The blogosphere is a level playing field, we all hold the same amount of potential to reach an audience.. I hope you can bring your advocacy online.. I support your message, and I hope you can diversify into other issues of the day..
Sulong Plipino! Sulong Kabataan!
May Pagasa!
May Pagasa Eleksyon!
Mr. Lozada,
Please, please, please. Please stop using the OFW for your own personal interests. You have used the politicians, the nuns, the youth. Stop it user. Pagmaraming pera, mas maraming chicks di ba Jun?
Sabihin mo na lang kasi, I want to run as senator.
Bottom line is, you need more money through corruption. Parepareho lang kayo sa mga inaakusahan mo.

Everyone hates you! You are a liar! Show your evidence!
Oh come on! Return all the millions you’ve stolen from the Filipino people first before coming out with this crap. This blog makes me puke!
J-Lo,
Oh come, bakit ka nagpagamit?
Jun,
More power to you. It’s a tall order but nothing can bring a good man down. You should expect all type of comments, positive and negative alike. Comments that are encouraging and comments that are disgusting.
The logic is simple, if you haven’t come out with the revelations, GMA would have not cancelled those two overpriced projects and the Filipinos would have suffered a lot long after GMA has left office. Mahirap ba intindihin yun?
God Bless You Jun.
Mr Lozada,
When i first saw you acting on tv you seemed credible.
So please, give us a break and dont let yourself and your family be ruined because of some vested interest of some politicians or maybe your own.
You got guts to go against those in power. They’ve got everything that can screw you up.
Look at what happen to the Lopezes.
we salute you, keep up the good work, in the end , we know you will succeed
You allowed yourself to be use, but you had your share of limelight. All what you said and keep saying are becoming monotonous like “sirang plaka”! thanks - from an OFW.
Hi Jun,
Congratulations for putting up a blog. I admire your courage since day one. Keep up the fight against corruption. I believe Filipino youth should hear what you got to say against corruption.

Jun, let’s face it. Naisahan ka ng mga opposition. Apparently, you were exploited.
Dear Jun,
You are a gift to the Filipinos. The problem we are facing is that most people think that CORRUPTION is a PRIVATE CRIME. Because money stolen through kickbacks and tongpats do not directly take money away from people’s hands or pockets, people think they are not the ones burglarized. Those who earn COMMISSIONS thru graft are thought of as people only trying to earn their living, albeit in a dubious manner. You may find that people do not care much. They condone them. Or even do some of the stealing themselves through petty graft or giving tong. Others are too willing to defend the corrupt as if they disdain the thought of a society free of this malady. I cannot understand why such people (some of them have written scathing remarks to you here in this blog) are so adamant about you and your crusade. Hindi lang siguro nila naiintindihan. O kaya sila ay nagbubulag-bulagan lang.
But there are also people who know better. You are one of them. People who are dismayed by the theft of people’s money - our money. Money which could have otherwise been used to feed, clothe, shelter and cure men, women and children.
Keep up the good work. I will pray for you and support your causes in whatever way I can.
ANG PAGNANAKAW SA KABAN NG BAYAN AY PAGNANAKAW SA ATING LAHAT. LABANAN AT SUGPUIN ANG KURAKOT AT MAGNANAKAW SA GOBYERNO.
congratulations sir for launching your own blog, this might make a big change in someway!
more power and Good Luck !
You are so full of it and you know it. The fact that the whistle blew and the prospect of getting caught is the only reason why you started ‘chirping.’
If you do a poll and ask all your former ‘cronies’ and or employees - they all saw through you - talk about transparency and being a hypocrite - that is what you are sir.
You are everything that is wrong about the Philippines - it is downright deplorable and embarrassing how you portray and or play the victim card.
Message to the youth? Yes - open your eyes and look and read in between the lines of what Lozada says. Do your research and ask questions not only about the administration - but this man as well. Always ask questions.
3 sides to a story. His side, their side, and the truth. Truth of the matter is, you’re telling lies and have played a bigger part than you portray.
Sulong kabataan!!!
Kaya ikaw Ginoong Lozada, TUMAHIMIK KA NA!!!
We all know all this is a huge orchestrated circus with all the biggest clowns in town..
We are all aware that this is just a cheap form of revenge to the Arroyos.. Through the years we saw a lot of politicians from different groups, allied and foes, unite to bring down Mrs Arroyo for their own personal and political ambitions.
From the time of Lacson to the Magdalos, to the Hyatt 10, to Cory and now JdV. All unite for a common goal. Oust GMA.
Common goal, common agenda, common conviction but of a wide variety of motive.
Lacson, being a bitter Presidential rival and loyalist to then puppet-President Estrada.
has obviously done all sort of tactics and his well-known 90s expertise of “wire-tapping” that more or less have brought us the same “Hello Garci” scandal. Old Technology? Same Technology.
Magdalo, wanted the President’s resignation for a change. But what they lack is a better option on which government should replace the incumbent. Logically, i believe it is politically motivated by some politicians who wants to grab power. More evil in GMA, if you would ask me.
Hyatt 10, I was surprised on their conviction. Everyone flame arrows to the government.
I still doubt on their motive.
Cory, perhaps failed favor on Hacienda Luisita..
JdV. clearly he has a favor not granted. He’s sour graping to his ouster as house speaker. And now he is orchestrating a huge circus. We all now he is the all-original TRA~PO. And now he is trying to clean up his image, to pull down the President.
Filipinos dont deserve this. Filipinos are tired of this circus. Just move on.
Wait till 2010, this is the time you can charge GMA.
Show your sincerity to the people. Because all we can see is nothing but an attempt to initiate a “power grab”.
As you can see, nothing of all these helps. Realize.
Unless, the hidden motive is really strong.. The JdV force. His own circus called “Vendetta!”
If I were to choose between two evils and I am left with no choice but to make a choice, I would certainly choose the lesser one.
If I were to choose between Gloria Arroyo and Jun Lozada, I would definitely choose the latter. Jun is a lesser evil, nothing in compare to Gloria - the Evil of all evils!
Jun, you are no saint to me, neither do I. My only consuelo de bobo is at least ang nakapaligid sa iyo na mga madre at pari ay mga “holy sinners.”
Politically, I’m not proud being a Filipino anymore. I’d be more than willing to bring end — no matter how terroristic — to all corrupt officials — yourself included Jun.
I summon all the forces of nature to drop the Philippines a comet as huge as Australia para matapos na lahat.
Usurper Gloria Arroyo is the problem. She wrecked the nation to ground zero. Student-youth power will lead the way. Ousting her the sooner the better.
LIANNE, OFW din ako eh. Kaya don’t speak as if you’re “the” OFW. Granting for the sake of argument that Jun is using the OFWs for his personal gains, Jun I’m giving you the license. Use me for your personal gains to combat against the greatest of all evils — yang pandak na evil na may nunal sa mukha. Grrr.
RYAN JOSHUA LODILLA, you wrote, “[e]veryone hates you (Jun). You (Jun) are a liar!” Wait a minute, don’t generalize your statement based on few blogs. Mali yata ang argument mo. Baka “some” lang at hindi “everyone” who hates Jun. Be sure not to pursue your line of thinking at sigurado ako babagsak ka sa exam kung ako maging titser mo!
“para sa akin” — I like you use that phrase… pero ang sumunod na linya ay “give us a break…” Di ko yata nagustuhan yan. Like Lianne, you also speak for others. Come on, speak only for yourself!
Way to go, Jun! That’s the right attitude.
Truth will indeed set you free. Just stick to facts and the truth, and you will be alright.
As the Scriptures say, “Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak unto them all that I command thee: be not dismayed at their faces, lest I confound thee before them. (Jer. 1: 17)
Believe you me.
“Faith can move mountains,”so the old adage goes. I believe in that myself. God in fact still makes miracles. “According to your faith be it unto you.”(Matt.9:29)
Congratulations on your new blog.
It might be said that our country’s moral compass is confused and lost in gray, I still consider it slightly above countries like Myanmar or Somalia. When the time comes when basic commodities are not affordable that’s the time when the separation between animals and humans disappear.
All of these are simply manifestations of our animal nature - we are after all in a jungle where the strongest survive and the weak perish.
I am happy that you are stoking the fire to great aspirations specially with the youth. I have been young once and passionate but all of these ideals are lost and gone once I decided that I would not be a martyr for a battle that has been decided before I was even born.
JDV said everything is for sale. If he would listen to me. I would tell him: “Ser, sold out na po lahat.”
My father wrote a book before he died last October 22, 2006, Its funny that the same things get written again and again. It is entitled Filipino Isa Kang Alipin.
http://filipinoalipin.blogspot.com/
If any are interested to see retrospectively the same things.
words are not enough…the heavens know the thruth…and you showed us the TRUTH…my heartfelt prayers and wish of good health….contrary to what may seem that the truth is being buried, this masking of what is all around is just seeps out to where the “road less traveled” is being traverse….we will be with you along the way, JLO!!!!!
Great crusade Jun! But to be fair, you have to show proof whenever you make allegations. We believe that corruption exists and should stop. Everybody knows this chronic problem, and all Filipinos should fight such malignant cancer until the end.
Meanwhile, tangible proofs about your illegal transactions while still President of a government company are now coming out.
Isn’t better if you start fighting your own ghosts and previous history of corruption? How about if you tell the public your own illicit, criminal actions once and for all? In my opinion, this is a good start.
Isa kang mabuting tao Mr. Lozada.
MR. JUN LOZADA,
thx for inspiring the filipino youth. Working in this blog gives us such strength to face tomorrow and to forget future. Me and my family are supporting you. Criticisms is just a word, word that can be simply forget.
MABUHAY KA JUN.
GODBLESS AND SALAMAT!
RENZ DATU
Way to go, sir!
OUR MESSAGE Sir Lozada,
Firstly, we appreciate such an effort to put up a blog site for your message to the rest of us, the youth.
But I’ll have to agree with some people who can see “through” your undertakings. You WERE credible initially, but the campus tour is crap and if you are supposed to be under strict protection as a witness, why go out in the public when any hired assassin can freely shoot you in the head, HIDE for you’ve exposed the truth already, your purpose ends at that.
Also, you’ve gained a low ethos from most of us since your hidden agenda has started to show…you are a STAR witness, that ends there…don’t act HEROIC.
There’s so much pathos in your message, so unconvincing, although I really commend you for one great expose-i, but again, you shouldn’t have gone BEYOND what you are supposed to do, it has defeated your ULTIMATE purpose. Remember, your logos is very much still questionable to the skeptics, and with what you’ve done, i am starting to join the club ..
Just a piece of advice…BE A STAR WITNESS, You’ve stated your case, you’ve done great acting to appeal to the public, enough already…leave it to the court, to our congress.
and yes, once you decided to run and tell us you are certain ’bout it (do NOT even dare to play “SOUGHT FOR” by the Filipino people to run for elections) , all your efforts and “good” deeds will flush down the toilet, breach of “our” trust, if i may call it.
if I get shot in the head or disappears tomorrow, you ALL know who’s the culprit. lols
Jun Lozada! show your evidence! then we’ll talk.
Ka Jun, I’m a US citizen, but born sa Pinas. Totoo ba na pinagbibigyan mo ng lupa ang iyong mga siblings while you are in the position in Phil Forest? What can you say about this issue?. I’m proud of you, you have guts to say all the corruption from the goverment. I’m just worried about your children, what will think about the corruption you did also while you are working with goverment. Are we loyal to work with? How, I wish some politicians are honest! And you are the man, even the nuns and priests praise you. May GOD bless you and your family. GOD Bless the PHILIPPINES. Salamat po.
Jun,
I am one with you in your idealism and desire for true change. Corruption in government is just one aspect. It’s just a battle in a greater more insidious war. May I introduce to you a man who fought the good fight in the 20th century: Plinio Correa de Oliveira

I guarantee you that reading them will broaden your horizons more.
Best regards and God bless!
Yo preng Jun..Don’t let the distractions get in your way. Keep doing what your doing. You are a THORN on the evil bitch regime. If you know MORE of any corruptions by the government please expose them. This is OUR only hope to shame the government to mend their ways. Pero, just in case..keep up the good work, sana ma atake sa puso si Injustice Sec Gonzales sa galit sa you
At yang kaibigan mong si Neri sus diyoskopo… gaano kaya kalaking BUKOL natangap noon. Dibale, sana sa 2010 if we have a change of presidency, I hope lahat nang mga anomalies ay ma uncover to at least punish the corruption which is happening now. I read about the “spending” of Malacanang today in one of the local newspapers and OH MY GOD, COA did a thorough job on the spendings per year in Malacanang. Nakakahiya specially now the filipinos are suffering from high prices of rice and oil to name a few.
Lastly, continue the fight and if you do run for Senator, you have the right to do so and I know you will win. 2 thumbs up!!!

by the way.. galing mo umarte.. hehehe..
Your actions sir, absolutely contradict your alleged fears.
At first, I admired your guts for coming out and spill the beans, so to speak, but when you started to cry in your first few t.v. interviews as if on cue na wala namang kaluha-luha and portrayed yourself as nakakaawa, doubts started to creep inside my mind.
Now sir, I can see through you.
You’ve been taking the senate for a ride.
PGMA till 2010 for a peaceful Philippines!
I’m happy with Mr. Lozada’s plan for the Filipino youth. I encouraged him to focus not only about NBN Scandal but to give hand to Pres. Arroyo. It’s time for us to unite if we want our country to be iomprove. I hope Mr. Lozada will not be influenced by other politicians that might use him as a weapon to this administration and they’ll use Mr. Lozada to fullfill their political goals. Philippines will not improve if we still divided! I hope Mr. Lozada will have peace of mind and God will guide him into the right path. I’m not a pro-Arroyo nor anti-Arroyo, but I’m sick and tired of this “political games” in the Philippines. They always hit each other’s camp and they love to do it! I hope the opposition and the administration will have the courage and wisdom to unite. They first must show the people that they are united so that they can be a “good example” to the Filipino public. If this “political war” will continue, then I don’t know where the Philippines will be in next 20 years. Let’s pray for our country, our fellow Filipino. Let’s pray for President Arroyo that God will touch her hourt and mind. Let’s pray for the opposition that they will find peace of mind. Let’s pray for the Philippines that God may continue his blessings to this Christian nation!
You said it right, Jun. It is now a known fact that Gloria Dorobo is the worst president the Philippines has ever had. Better still, she may someday be known as “the one who should never have been allowed to call herself President,” and that will be the day when she can be brought to justice, charged with rigging the election, accused and convicted of violating the Election Code of the Philippines and other crimes like stealing the OWWA funds for her candidacy, etc.
In fact, for those violations of the Election Code, she can be stripped off of the title that she and her cahoots have coveted as she apparently imagines it to be hers by birth! Inutil kasi!
Who cares about what you did in the past especially if they are of very personal nature? What is important now is your change of heart and willingness now to do what is right. You are not the criminal, but the crooks you have been summoned to spill out the beans on.
The truth is you have proven what everybody in fact has known all along—na magnanakaw ang mga Pidal! You actually do not need to reveal anything more because it is already out in the open. You just proved them to be right.
Problem now is how to catch the criminals with their accomplices even now running the agencies responsible for jailing criminals like them.
Kawawang Pilipinas! My sympathy and condolence to all.
Dear Mr. Jun Lozada:
THE SOLUTION IS PEOPLE EMPOWERMENT TO DECIDE IN
JUSTICE TO INDICT, TO CONVICT AND SEND GRAFTERS TO JAIL
By Marlowe Camello, Bar Membership: California and Philippines
Email: mcamello@verizon.net
The surest way to stop government corruption in the Philippines is to send all government grafters to jail - for good. This proposition, however, begs for a question of “HOW?” The short answer and most effective solution is easy: CREATE A POWERFUL JUSTICE SYSTEM via the people’s initiative process wherein common or private citizens can freely decide WITHOUT ASKING PERMISSION FROM THE GOVERNMENT to investigate, indict or convict grafters, including a corrupt president, for imprisonment. It is easy because the complicated provisions of the initiative draft for the system have already been prepared. All that is needed is present it to the people for their approval by the People’s Initiative process.
Of course under the present set up of Philippine justice, it would be next to impossible to send a corrupt Philippine president because he is the principal controller of justice. He “owns” justice for his protection. No one sits as a judge in the bench or as government investigator unless such a character passes through the appointment by the president. In these day and age of cell phones, as you know, all of these presidential appointees are just a “cell phone call” away from the president’s dictatorial vocal cord.
If we attempt to indict or put to trial for corruption another character who is also a presidential favorite (for some reason such as being the “tong collector” or a spouse of a corrupt president or some other powerful public official in the BIR, BofC, lottery government commission or bureaus, including jueteng etc.), then no amount of public demonstration by the people can force the president or his favorites to resign from office much less in putting any of them in jail because the president is the MAIN CONTROLLER “IN FACT” of Philippine Justice. Rumors are flying that the Philippine Supreme Court is now under PGMA’s watch - not CJ Puno watch. All those laws in the books and people’s public demonstrations, to fight corruption are of no value when they come in conflict with the personal interest of the president.
To ensure sending all grafters to jail, including a corrupt Malacaniang Occupant, it is essential that the sovereign people, composed mostly of private citizens, be given their deciding power and voice in justice. They have that sovereign power under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution. This can be accomplished by enacting a “People’s Jury Initiative” to be approved directly by the vote of the people themselves pursuant to Republic Act 6735.
This proposed law will create the Grand Jury and Trial Jury systems to allow the common people who have no education in law can correctly decide in justice which are patterned after the jury systems of the U.S. This writer has sent the draft of this proposed law on a CD to all Cardinals, Archbishops and Bishops in the Philippines.
An up-dated version of the same draft on a CD can also be obtained, free of charge, by providing the writer of this article with the postal mailing address of the requesting party at his email: mcamello@verizon.net. If you read Sec. 3, the Statutory Basic Jury Instruction on page 31 of File A04 in the CD, you will be surprised to know how easy it is to serve as a juror.
Unlike presidential favorites, the people in the private sector cannot be intimidated to make their decision in justice because:
(1) Their livelihood and jobs cannot be sabotaged or controlled by the president or by any powerful public official, and,
(2) They will feel protected by a judge who supervises them with their jury duties. They can decide independently to investigate, indict, or convict any powerful presidential agent until the latter will be forced to testify against his corrupt presidential boss.
Once a convicted presidential corrupt agent starts his time in jail, we can be sure he will no longer care anymore about a so-called EO 464. He will negotiate to shorten his time in jail by freely volunteering to testify against his almighty mastermind.
This can eventually force such a grafter to resign from office like U.S. President Richard Nixon was forced to do for directing the infamous Watergate Scandal. His choice was: 1. To resign or 2. Get indicted, convicted and a prison term. Cute lady presidents may not be immune to this solution, too!
PS-
Dear Jun:
Kindly email me your postal address. I wish to provide you with the CD of the “People’s Jury Initiative which I drafted to help anti-graft crusaders in the Philippines. I wish to invite you to join forces with Mr. Vic Del Fierro, Jr., in Paranaque City, telephone: 632-824-3571, email: vdelfierro@hotmail.com, president of the Coalition of Consumers Protection & Welfare, Inc. He is sponsoring the Jury Initiative. Along with the Jury Initiative, the CD contains also the outline of the steps of enacting the proposed law by the initiative process including the required petition to the COMELEC, the signature gathering forms, etc. Once this initiative is enacted, its implementation will already be very easy and I wish to come to the Philippines to demonstrate to judges and lawyers how to implement the law. In fact, I already likewise drafted the implementing jury rules for the jury systems which are also contained in the CD.
One giant supporter of the initiative is Dr. Flor R. Braid. If you remember, he is one of the members of the commission that drafted the present constitution of the Philippines. On June 17/08, I will be meeting with Mr. Oscar Barrera in Hillsborough, California. He is the Chairman of the Philippine Exporters Federation, Inc. whose membership is composed of around 47 wealthy manufacturing companies in the Philippines. We are mapping up for the movement of the People’s Jury Initiative. What we truly need in the Philippines is a counter-balancing check between the power of the people and the power of public officials, so that none between these competing elements of society can fool each other just they way they do it here in California in particular and in the U.S. generally by the American people.
Sincerely,
Marlowe Camello

As of now, I’m interested sa NBN pero mas may mabigat pa na issue kesa sa NBN. Pede nating sabihin na through NBN, pwede natin maalis si Pangulong Arroyo, pero after that, Ano??????
We know that you are not a perfect public servant before but at least Mr. Lozada, you admit everything and go against it.
Please do not be bothered by negative comments, they were paid by the Arroyo administration to post here and they do not represent the majority of the Filipinos.
I hope i guide ng tama si Mr. Lozada! Hanga din ako sa katapangan niya! GOD BLESS THE PHILIPPINES!
MR. LOZADA SIGURADO AKO PAG TUMAKBO KA NG SENADOR SA SUSUNOD NA ELECTION MANANALO KA LAND SLIDE KASI KUHANG KUHA MO ANG PULSO NG MASA. LALO NA NUNG HEARING SA SENADO MAY PANGINIG-NGINIG KAPA AT PAIYAK IYAK OKAY KA GALING NG TIMING MO FROM BAD DUDE TO GOOD GUY.

“You are so full of it and you know it. The fact that the whistle blew and the prospect of getting caught is the only reason why you started ‘chirping.’”
Two things:
1. Assuming that Jun started ‘chirping’ because of the prospect of getting caught, then a sane person wouldn’t really care at all. Shooting down the messenger doesn’t really hold any ground. It’s the message that matters. Not all priests are honest. And not all murderers or criminals cannot do something right at least for once in their lives. So if Jun blew the whistle because of the “prospect of getting caught”, then that makes more sense! That tells us of the patent corruption in this government that even the messenger has been suffused deeply into the culture of corruption. In the end, it all boils down to punishing the traitors to this nation. That, of course, includes the possibility of Jun serving jail time. But even that possibility cannot and should not hinder us from suppressing volatile information that could stand potent enough to blow this corrupt gov’t into smithereens.
2. If Jun is so full of “it”, then I don’t know how loaded this government is of that “it”. What can I say? Last time I checked, we have the greatest squatter in Malacañang since time immemorial. Add up to all those years the wealth amassed, or pillaged, and spent by this regime beyond the ambit of the law. Think Jose Pidal. Think Fertilizer Scam. Think Swine Scam. Think “Hello, Garci” and “I am sorry”. Think, at the very least.
******
“If you do a poll and ask all your former ‘cronies’ and or employees - they all saw through you - talk about transparency and being a hypocrite - that is what you are sir.”
Given the benefit of the doubt, what gave you this impression? Have you conducted your own poll on this matter, thus giving you the air of bravado to raise this point?
******
“You are everything that is wrong about the Philippines - it is downright deplorable and embarrassing how you portray and or play the victim card.”
And you, sir, are everything that is wrong about the Filipino. It is downright deplorable and embarrassing to have you as our kind, roaming the web like a pious saint of the greatest squatter in Philippine history.
********
“Message to the youth? Yes - open your eyes and look and read in between the lines of what Lozada says. Do your research and ask questions not only about the administration - but this man as well. Always ask questions.”
I did. Since Gloria waited for the signs to be clear and claimed the throne to be hers after the dust has settled down after EDSA 2, I did. And the questions bloated to swollen volumes even more right after the Hello Garci fiasco. I’m sorry to disappoint you but this nation is not a nation of 80 million useless idiots or so. Perhaps a few millions, but not the entirety of it.
********
“3 sides to a story. His side, their side, and the truth. Truth of the matter is, you’re telling lies and have played a bigger part than you portray.”
He’s telling lies? I bet that’s your side, not mine. And I even suspect your side is nowhere near the truth.
Mr.Jun Lozada;

This is really a sign of desperation, did you know that.
TAMA NA! HUMINTO KA NA! MAY PABLOG BLOG KA PA NGAYON. Don’t you get it? Or maybe you just don’t want to admit it! No one is really listening anymore other than those who wants to allways appear in the news. As you can see MAJORITY of the Filipinos are tired of people like you. You were one of them until you did not get your fair share or was not happy with your share. So you end up reporting them out of inis with your boss.
When you sleep at night, I know that you know —your time is running out and no one is listening to you anymore. WHY? BECAUSE YOU WERE ONE OF THEM AND YOU ARE TRYING TO USE THE MEDIA TO GAIN POPULARITY AND COVER UP YOUR OWN WRONG DOINGS OF CORRUPTION WHILE YOU WERE IN OFFICE.
So please lang. Stop making a fool of yourself! Stop wasting your money on your stupid propaganda.
STOP BOTHERING THE YOUTH WITH YOUR IDIOCRACY! LEAVE THEM ALONE, FOR YOU YOURSELF CAN NOT FACE GOD WITH A STRAIGHT FACE AND CLAIM YOU HAVE NOT SINNED OR HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY BRIBES WHILE YOU WERE IN POWER.
You are just an embarrasment to the filipinos here and abroad.
So go and SHUT THE F@CK UP!!!
TO ALL JUN LOZADA DETRACTORS —
Sige na nga, given na corrupt din itong si Jun when he was in government, still, hindi pa din ninyo maalis na he took a risk and sacrificed a lot to expose an anomaly in the government. That’s something only a few of us will do. It takes a certain amount of courage to do the so-called “unpopular” things.
While the forest is burning, the monkeys blog and play in the banana trees. But doesn’t anyone disturb them. For it is I, not the fire, who will consume them.

WE ALWAYS SUPPORT YOU!
Is this really Jun Lozada blogging, not some ghost writer using the same cliched hypocritical statements as the man himself has been using?
It must be great feeding off the ignoranmuses who eat up your message about a change in government, a change that would eradicate the likes of you.
The only thing you did when testifying in the Senate was feed your vanity. But listen, you’re not a hero. Being threatened with death is not a condition for that. You obviously have no noble motives in coming out with all this. You, a weakling, merely had no choice but to appease the ghosts of your parents and teachers and all figures of superiority who told you from the very start, that you did wrong. You couldn’t take the guilt, and had no choice but to blab about what the administration did to you.
Quit your preaching, you pathetic specimen of humanity.
Wag tayong masyadong mapagpaniwala. Dapat suriin!
You said you will not join the politics in 2010. I will remember what you said and see if you are person of honor. Stop hiding under the saya of the nuns. Also, don’t ever come to the US because we hated you sooo much here.
Kababayang Jun,
I salute to your bravery in exposing the truth.

It reminds me of my own college days at UP. UP parang a state within a state. Kaya nga hindi nakapasok sa UP si Gloria Dorobo when Cinco was the president.
Natawa nga ako sa kabulastugan ni Gloria Dorobo when she declared UP as a national university daw. Gaga ba siya? Before 1908 pa nang isinusulong pa lang ang pagtatayo ng UP ay national university na iyan. Ulol talaga.
Alright, Filipinos will surely remember her especially with the emergence of the likes of Jun Lozada who has risked all to tell the truth no matter what. Maalala nating lahat si Gloria Makapalgal Dorobo a.k.a Gloria M. Arroyo as “the worst president the Philippines has ever had.”
Natupad din ang pangarap ni Marcos as a matter of fact who said before he died, “History will be kinder to me” with his place as the worst president (but to majority of the poor in the Philippines I am told he was not) taken by the Dorobo whom majority of the poor and even middle class now hate.
I admire most your courage in spite of all the risks you and your family needs to face in the search of truth and reforms. You have preferred your present situation though you can easily have a more peaceful and affluent life. Furthermore, you could have given your children a better living condition free from mental anguish and ridicules of indifferent people. Let your actions be a living example for all our countrymen that we can still think as a Filipino nation and not as an individual thinking of his own personal interest. I believe more people will come out in the light and this will start the social and moral restoration of the Filipino people as a nation. Our fervent prayers as Filipino people will never go unheard because God has his own time. To everything, there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven. In the battle between good and evil, there is no way evil will prevail, for evil’s destiny is already etched and reserved in the lake of fire, a consuming fire!
If you really are for the betterment of this country and punishing the corrupt, and you YOURSELF being corrupt, ARE YOU WILLING TO GO TO JAIL(as in JAIL like the Munti, not that pasosyal na house arrest) without complaining about not being house arrest, not being treated specially among other prisoners, not having aircon, TV sets, mp3 player, DVD sets? Or will you complain like Erap about not getting a priviledge?
How can you assure to that you are not siding with the power-grabbing and equally corrupt as the administration opposition? Will you avoid CALLING NAMES and practice CONSTRUCTIVE critcisms? The problem with your camp is this: just because people do not 100% agree with you, your camp call people names(like what happened in Cebu), A VERY BAD EXAMPLE TO THE FILIPINO YOUTH. You are not showing a good example to the youth by being a critical thinker, you show childish ways of attacking people. VERY UNDEMOCRATIC and VERY HYPOCRITICAL.
Ayaw kaluya , Jun. Ania kami sa imong luyo.

Frankly, one thing that I have come to hate growing up in the Philippines is the psychological fallacy inculcated in all Filipinos that the Philippines and anything in it are superior to none, or in other words, inferior to all that is non-Filipino or produced in the Philippines. Pathetic it is, no doubt. And it has become more pathetic with an illegitimate president like Gloria Dorobo who has made a mockery of democracy in the Philippines, where as Capt. Faeldon has recognized and admitted, the people have no say!
I have lived in many countries around the world as a matter of fact, and have not observed the kind of inferiority complex that has become second nature to most Filipinos as when they feel inadequate expressing themselves in their own native tongue.
I feel nauseated in fact every time I watch Filipino movies, and see the attempt of Filipinos themselves to belittle their own national language by the kind of distinction they kind of promote with the members of the high society speaking in a hodge-podge of English and Pilipino, and the poor, who cannot afford to go to school and learn the languages of their country’s former colonizers, limited to speaking Pilipino.
Over in UK for instance they have a language for the elite and the working class but both are based on the English language that is native to England. In Japan, we know the imperial family speaks a different language that the commoners who have married into the imperial family have to learn as a matter of fact, but all non-royalty speak the same national language, the hyojungo spoken in the Kanto Area.
I cannot understand why they continue to do that even after almost half a century since the adoption of Pilipino as a national language to be taught in Philippine schools. It’s really pathetic as a matter of fact, but it was enough reason why I felt admiration for Jun Lozada when I saw him on TV insisting on answering the Senators when he was summoned there supposedly as a witness not a culprit in Pilipino that all the Senators should have more than enough understanding of not to misinterpret what he wanted to say. I thought he was being truthful doing so. Walang yabang, just the desire to tell what he was asked to tell as honestly as he should and no doubt as the Still Small Voice would have wanted him to after a sincere prayer for guidance and courage.
Ipagpatuloy mo Mr. Lozada. Marami kaming nasa likod mo! God bless you!
plastic man tingali ka lozada…..sure ko di ikaw ga gama ani…wa kay time…no?korakot galabaw…kahibaw ko nga namakak ka…..oplok…na wadd-an ko og trabaho tungod nimo……sus………patyon ka naho run….mmmmmm………….bno offensae…pero feelings ko lang ito…
The Rich Man and Lazarus luke 16;19-31
‘There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury everyday. At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores and longing to eat what fell from the rich man’s table.Even the dogs came and licked his sores.
The time came when the beggar died and the angel’s carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried. In hell, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. So he called to him,’Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.
But Abraham replied,’Son,remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony. And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been fixed,so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone can cross over from there to us.
‘He answered, Then i beg you ,Father, send Lazarus to my father’s house ,for i have five brothers.Let him warn them ,so that they will not also come to this place of torment’.
Abraham replied,’They have Moses and the Prophets, let them listen to them’.
‘No, father Abraham , he said ,’but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent’.
‘He said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.’
Up Up Up Up Up
Please, please, please.
Up Up Up Up Up
Sulong kabataan!!!
Kaya ikaw Ginoong Lozada, TUMAHIMIK KA NA!!!
Are you the innocent probinsiyanong intsik that you claimed you are or are you just as shrewd as most of the intsiks? From many observers’ view you are probably the shrewdest of the shrewd.
When Joey blew his whistle and things started getting too hot, you decided to ditch Abalos thinking that he is retiring and GMA will also be out by 2010. JDV, meanwhile, will be in power for a long time beyond 2010 so you decided to “switch”(?) sides. Do you think you made the right decision?
LEAVE MRS. MACAPAGAL-ARROYO ALONE!
I pity the youth who falls for such clown truth crusader as Lozada. If this guy Lozada idolizes Rizal and also place a peg among youth as tomorrow’s future, then he’s such as poor & uncredible copy who rightfully deserved being shot at Luneta.
You better be quick in digging for evidence. Otherwise, you might end up in jail faster than those people you accuse of wrongdoing. Based on reports and your own admission, you had made some illegal deals and favored some relatives while President of a gov’t office.
DONT EVER EVER GIVE UP! KEEP ON FIGHTING WE’RE ALL WATCHING YOU THRU TFC CHANNEL.
MABUHAY KA!!!
I am a municipal councilor of naval, biliran, 26, a college instructor and a media practitioner. I would like to invite Mr. Jun Lozada to Biliran. Can I contact someone directly on this regard? My cellphone number is 09203000777. Thank you.
“Mea Culpa”. You admit that you also sinned!! Does that make you a lesser evil? I wonder how you charm those nuns and priests..? I’m sorry but I think it’s better for you to move on with your life and forget about this crusade for truth. Don’t corrupt the minds of our youth.
Why Am I advocating the Jury Systems as a solution to stop government corruption? Please read the theory behind it in the web site below:

WOW..lots of comments. Loving it!! dami pa ring mga bulag sa truth about the arroyo regime. Hoy, If you just read the news and look at what our country is going thru, We don’t really need a Jun Lozada to tells us that OUR governemnt is the MOST corrupt in the whole world. J-LO is just cementing the argument what OUR government is capable of doing. OUR government has turned a blind eye to the plight of our people. Kesehoda kung nagugutom ang mga tao, they don’t care about the economy as long as the “tongpats” keeps coming in. Thats the reality on whats happening to the Philippines.
God, I hope we do something to turn this dispicable so called government around or we won’t have any future. Can you imagine what the next president has to go through about our national debt? Ang laki na nang ating utang. Pandak is spending like the peso is running out of style. They know that the end is near so they’re trying to get all the BUKOL they can get. The evil bitch has to pay for all these mess she created and I hope that she answers for it together with all her henchman. Pati na si Assperon dapat kasuhan din.
I degress, yo preng jun. Marami kaming supporting you. I hope theres more whiste blowers in the government to expose this corrupt regime.
go JUN go……..
To those pro-Lozada, just because we are critics of Jun does not mean we are pro-0Arroyo. You don;t get it. Jun is just another Chavit who just want to run from punishment. Chavit was a corrupt ‘witness’, so is Jun. Nakakulong ba si Chavit?
And it’s not really Chavit who poured the strong evidences, it’s Clarissa Ocampo who did not even have anything to do with politics. Jun ad Chavit have. Don’t be surprised that Jun will run this coming elections and if he wins he will suck the money out of the kaban ng bayan. Kulang daw kasi yung sa Bureau of Forestry na nakukurakot niya.
Let youself be fooled by Jun and repeat the same mistakes all over again. Never ending cycle.
Jun, you are a shame to the Filipino-Chinese community.
“I have lived in many countries around the world as a matter of fact, and have not observed the kind of inferiority complex that has become second nature to most Filipinos as when they feel inadequate expressing themselves in their own native tongue.”
….I cannot understand why they continue to do that even after almost half a century since the adoption of Pilipino as a national language to be taught in Philippine schools.
Simple. Bercause only 25% of Filipinos speak Pilipino/Tagalog in a daily basis. Others speak it in their native tongue
What I cannot understand, why Filipinos like you compare the Philippines to Japan. Japan is largely homogeneous, the Philippines is not. Another thing I cannot understand about Filipinos, the pro-Tagalogs in particular is that just because one prefer to speak in his vernacular, he/she is automatically unjustly labeled as regionalistic.
Why don’t you try learning Bisaya, Ilocano, Ilonggo to be able to understand what your kailians are saying. This is not a country that has a Tagalog majority. In fact, you are outnumbered by the Visayans yey they do not force their language on you like you are forcing your language on them.
learn to live with you co-inhabitants.
Too much double standard in this country
Speaking in Cebuano, Ilocano, etc is bad, regionalistic and should be speaking in mala-florante and laura Tagalog but we say to foreigners “Dapat nagTataglog sila, hindi tayo yung nag-Eenglish sa kanila”
We are belittling Filipino aka Tagalog. It’s people like you who are belittling non-Tagalog languages of this country.
Gloria must be better than you. When she goes to the North, she speaks Ilocano, when she goes to Zamboanga. She speaks Chavacano, when she goes to Cebu, she speaks Bisaya, unlike you, you go to the North, you speak Tagalog, you go to Cebu, yuo speak Tagalog. And you insist Pilipinp…este..Tagalog!
Congratulations Mr. Lozada to your new blog! Welcome to the Pinoy Blogosphere! When you came here to Cebu in USC Gym, I was there and I was happy to hear from your advocacies. It was unfortunate that I had no digicam then to have a picture with you. But anyways, Mr. Lozada, Mabuhay ka!
Laong Laan — June 1, 2008 #
TO ALL JUN LOZADA DETRACTORS —
Sige na nga, given na corrupt din itong si Jun when he was in government, still, hindi pa din ninyo maalis na he took a risk and sacrificed a lot to expose an anomaly in the government. That’s something only a few of us will do. It takes a certain amount of courage to do the so-called “unpopular” things.
JUst like to make a comment on laong laan. if Jun is sincere about his desire to have a better phillipines i dare him to admit guilt on his past corruptions when he is still in office.yung pinamahagi nyang lupa sa mga pamilya nya, how can a poor bicolano like me able to send my kids to de la salle a private school, hang out at the places like what ever that golf courses name live in a nice subdivision drive a nice car for 50 k a month salary mmmmmmmmm ????????? How about cleaning yourself first admitting you have done our country wrong. I will tell you i will be the first man to salute you. dont be a hypocrite . I did admire your courage at first then i realize its like a dog being cornered no where to go except fight back for its own survival. after a few weeks i realize there is something wrong. with Lacson,Cayetano,Roxas, pimentel, escudero, legarda lol in the senate these are the same people with big ambition and just simply cannot be trusted.Lets admit unless we have a better president like Lee kwan yew of singapore the even his secretary he will send to jail for corruption. We need a president better than Gloria Makapal Arroyo. The worst president next to ferdinand Marcosrakot.Have you ever heard only in the Phillipines where a president can go to jail and get out the next day. What ever you did sinet up mo pa mga gustong tumulong sa iyo. what a sham.
wow…. may blog site na pala ang star witness ng nbn/zte deal…. i can’t help but laugh sa palabas sa tfc showing u cry without tears when u said ” it’s worth taking a risk (pause…. trying to cry with the grim/sour face) for this country…..” ano yun? was that straight from the heart? mind? or simply a clear case of bad acting? clearly, maraming trapos and also new senators who do nothing but look at the present administration and try to overcome it….. weather-weather lang yan….. pana-panahon ika nga….. its her time….. let her finish it….. as for u? why only now? napuno na ang salop? or ur salop wasn’t filling? it’s either way….. ure just sour-graping….. naging overnight sensation ka nga naman….. with priests and nuns following u like jesus christ on palm sunday….. sooner or later, they would cruxify u…..
JUN DI KA LANG NABIGYAN NG TONGPATS EH PIKON KA NA TAPOS NAG SUMBONG KA PA! SUS!
i suggesy jun lozada to enter showbusiness….and gloria arroyo to resign now.
U dont have pictures nor documents to prove your accusations! Look if i were u i’d stick my head between my knees and kiss my ass goodbye! Even Cory Aquino turned her back on u! Hahahaha! Suckerrrrrrrr!
Sir Jun,
You’re the bravest man on ‘political scandal’ who crumpled out the face of government officials into a wet tissue bcoz of their role in the government.
The Filipino youth are suffering from the luxuries of GMA.

Mr. Lozada, you are one of the heroes who had spoken the truth. It is about time someone like to come out the dungeon and join your parade. Why do we have to wait any longer until such person will be out in the office, then what will happen after that. We, the filipino people should be awaken right now from a deep slumber and join hands to stop this nonsense. I salute you and proud of you, on what you have done and accomplished, not only to yourself, family, also to the filipino there and here in abroad. You must have faith always and the truth will prevail. Just remember, God is always with you and we the people supported you. Keep up the good work and we filipinos join hands for this amazing crusade to topple the enemy. Let us now break the silence and move on to fight what we need to improve our lives and keep our ancestors dreams that we are the future and be proud to be a filipino with honesty, sincerety, and pride. Remember our oath Panatang Makabayan. Lets do it. Action speaks louder than words. Mr. Lozada. Thank you very and we are on you side forever.
The truth will set you free. Muling pagdurusa, pagtiiis, paghihirap, at kapus palad. Wake up filipinos, samahan natin si Jun sa kanyang parada. Jun thank you so much. Ang Diyos ay laging sayong likuran. Katotohanan, isang kalayaan. Mabuhay ka Jun. Salamat! Dakilnag Bayani na tulad ni Ninoy.

Jun, actually behind those anomalies at corruption, si Esposo. Jun, you are right. Ituloy ang pakikibaka. Sama kami sayo. Thanks.
Para sa Sinag ng Kalayaan, Mabuhay Ka Jun Lozada!
